by Jordan Kropf | Jun 16, 2014
Kropf Industrial has completed a 32 slip expansion to the Town of Cobourg Marina. This new system features slips up to 40' in length, while providing the exceptional stability and durability that Kropf docks are known for.

June 16, 2014, Cobourg, ON Kropf Industrial has completed another successful floating dock project for the Town of Cobourg Marina. This project involved moving and reconfiguring an existing dock system, and the supply and installation of a new steel tube dock system complete with power pedestals and water services. The new system provides berths for 32 vessels. Half of the slips are 35’ fingers, while the other half are 40’ fingers.
Cobourg Marina is operated by the Town of Cobourg, and is a popular destination on the north shore of Lake Ontario. The marina offers both seasonal and transient slip rentals, with a prime location close to the downtown core offering shopping, restaurants, and other activities.
The 32 new slips will allow Cobourg to expand both their seasonal and transient slip offerings, utilizing docks that are stable and durable in a variety of conditions. The new dock system is an excellent complement to the ongoing improvements throughout the marina.
